We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to soviet carriers, Connecticut, Incomparable, other ships and some commander skills.

ST 0.10.7, changes to submarines, ASW upgrades and ASW armament of ships
Changes will be applied to dive capacity, upgrades, and other parameters of submarines, as well as ASW upgrades, Depth Charge Airstrike changes, and adjustments to bombs and rockets.

We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to De Zeven Provinciёn, Ragnar, and soviet carriers.

In 0.10.7, we're introducing a branch of German battleships, British Tier X battleship Incomparable, German Tier VIII battleship Brandenburg and Tier VI destroyer Karl von Schönberg.
