ST 0.10.2, changes to test ships

We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to German destroyers, Weimar, M. Immelmann, Hyuga and Napoli.

Please note that all information in the development blog is preliminary. Announced adjustments and features may change multiple times during testing. The final information will be published on our game's website.

X Elbing:

Torpedo parameters were changed:

  • Range increased from 8 to 13,5 km.
  • Speed reduced from 65 to 50 knots;
  • Detectability range reduced from 1,3 to 1,2 km.
  • Maximum damage increased from 13,700 to 16,533.

IX Felix Schultz:

Torpedo parameters were changed:

  • Range increased from 7,5 to 12 km.
  • Speed reduced from 62 to 50 knots;
  • Detectability range reduced from 1,3 to 1,2 km.
  • Maximum damage increased from 13,700 to 16,533.

VIII Gustav Julius Maerker:

Torpedo parameters were changed:

  • Range increased from 7 to 12 km.
  • Speed reduced from 61 to 50 knots;
  • Detectability range reduced from 1,3 to 1,2 km.
  • Maximum damage increased from 13,700 to 16,533.

VII Z-31:

Torpedo parameters were changed:

  • Range increased from 7 to 10 km.
  • Speed reduced from 61 to 50 knots;
  • Detectability range reduced from 1,3 to 1,2 km.
  • Maximum damage increased from 13,700 to 16,533.

The effectiveness of the torpedoes against armored targets will become higher due to their greater damage and range, but their low speed will make it difficult to score hits against maneuverable targets.

VII Weimar:

  • Main battery firing range reduced from 15,4 to 13,3 km.
  • Detectability range by sea reduced from 13,8 to 13,1 km. Other detectability ranges were reduced accordingly.

X Max Immelmann:

  • Parameters of skip bombers were changed:
    • Maximum bomb damage lowered from 12,200 to 11,000;
    • Chances of HE shells causing fire lowered from 69% to 63%;
  • Maximum torpedo damage of stock and researchable torpedo bombers lowered from 5,330 to 4,767;

VII Hyūga:

  • Main battery reload time increased from 26 to 28 sec.

Italian cruiser Napoli, Tier X:

  • The dispersion ellipse at long range will increase more than before;
  • Sigma parameter was reduced from 2,05 to 1,9.
