Based on the testing results, we're applying changes to Frank Friday and Komissar
American Destroyer Frank Friday, Tier IX:
- Maximum speed increased: 36.5 to 38 kts
- As a result of this change, Frank Friday's turning circle will increase
NOTE: Frank Friday is a clone of Fletcher to test Johnston. All changes to Frank Friday will be applied to Johnston
Soviet Cruiser Komissar, Tier X:
- Changed parameters of AP shells:
- Guaranteed ricochet angle increased: 60 to 65 degrees.
- The angle at which the check for ricochets is made increased: 45 to 50 degrees
- Restoration of hit points after receiving damage to the citadel increased: 33 to 50%.
